Welcome to the Leningrad Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry website!

Over the period of ten years our Chamber has been working for creating favorable conditions of business development. The status of the Leningrad Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry demonstrates the correctness of the chosen path supported by business and political communities.

Today the number of our members has reached 4700 companies; it makes our Chamber of Commerce and Industry one of the biggest regional chambers in Russia. Representatives of business community come to us for advice, help and new opportunities for their development.

The success of our Chamber relies on two facts: honest and responsible work of companies-members and economic stability of the region. The Leningrad region is one of the leaders in attraction of investments. This is the result of constant work of the Government and the Leningrad region Legislative Assembly in improvement of investment law. The program on development of competition is being successfully implemented in the region. This all makes businessmen feel comfort and confidents in the region.

The year 2011 is announced to be the year of Turkey in the Leningrad region Chamber of Commerce and Industry, because with this country we realize together one of the major economic projects in the region. At the end of the year 2010 the Leningrad region Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Ankara chamber of Industry and one of the world’s largest construction companies - Renaissance Construction, united together to organize Industrial zone in the Leningrad region. 2,5 bln of investments, area of more then 150 hectares where dozens of companies will be placed  - this is final image of the future Industrial park. With the support of the Leningrad region Government the Industrial park will start its work in the year 2012.

Industrial park is not the only project of the Chamber. There is a wide rage of ideas, plans in realization of which we rely on help of business community. The Chamber acts as the think tank and “firing platform” for business community to participate in implementation of ambitious plans, economic projects of the Leningrad region and other regions.

We believe in our businessmen who go forward without fear of difficulties and never stopping at what has been accomplished.
