Foreign Business Club

The Foreign Business Club was established in February 2010 under the wing of the Leningrad Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry.  The official opening of Foreign Business Club took place on March, 18 at the Taleon Club.

Foreign Business Club  is opened to foreigners only, who are in senior and managerial positions in business, diplomacy, education, science, and related fields. FBC does not intend to compete with local, national and international associations and chambers of commerce, as it is going to be the Club for individual members, not organizations.

The Department for External Economic relations LRCCI provides administration support for everyday activities, which include dinners, visits to places of interest, social, sporting and cultural outings, seminars and meetings to discuss things of common interest and to exchange information in a relaxing atmosphere where club members don’t have to talk only about business.

The Executive committee of the Club consists of a small core of Foundation Members living and working in St. Petersburg. Administrative support for the Club is provided by the Department for External Economic Relations of the LRCCI.

Sebastian Fitzlyon, entrepreneur with 17-years experience of working and living in Russia, Australian Honorary Consul and Representative of Canada became the Chairman of the Foreign Business Club.
