 Foreign Business Club Regulations

  

1. Official full name is Foreign Business Club (FBC)

2. The Club was created on March, 18 2010 for an unlimited term under the wing of the Leningrad Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry

3. The Club is not a legal entity and carries out its activity on voluntary basis

4. The working language of the Club is English

5. The Club sessions take place at least once a month

6. Objectives of the Club are creation of favorable conditions for cultural and social exchange, exchange of business dealing experience between foreign managers working in the Russian Federation

7. Functions of the Club:

- Providing of social, cultural, business and educational events and tours of NW Russia and beyond

- Organization of seminars, conferences, exhibitions, lectures, presentations, other actions having information character on the basis of the Leningrad region CCI facilities

- Organization of meetings with regional authorities and businessmen

- Promotion of the development of cooperation and interaction of the Club members with enterprises, non-governmental organizations of the Leningrad Region and St.-Petersburg

- Organization of the seminars on aspects of doing business in Russia

- Providing Russian language courses

- Providing visa support

- Assisting business matchmaking with Russian companies

8. Regulatory bodies of the Club are:

1) The Chairman of the Club, Sebastian Fitzlyon, Australian Honorary Consul NW Russia;

2) Foundation members of the Club:

3) The Executive body of the Club:

- The Chief executive of the Club, Alla Vinnik

- The Executive secretary of the Club, Olga Savelyeva, Senior Officer Department for External economic relations LRCCI;

- The members of the Executive committee of the Club.

9. Club members are:

- Citizens of foreign states working in the Russian Federation in senior and managerial positions in business;

- Representatives of foreign organizations.

10.   The applicant should have a recommendation of 2 existing FBC members. The Foundation members render decision of admission of an applicant.
