ABOUT THE CENTER OF STRATEGIC PROJECTS
The Centre of strategic projects (CSP) is founded by the Leningrad Region Chamber of Commerce (LRCCI) and Industry for assistance to the members of LRCCI in solving major problems that demand a systems concept and contemplated approach.

Mission
CSP is a link between members of chamber, state bodies and other commercial and noncommercial organizations, representing an effective model of state-private partnership institute in actual practice.
Main directions of activity:
1. Assistance in search of partners and investors.
2. Search of buyers and participation in negotiations on commercial real estate sale.
3. Interactions with legislature and executive bodies of Leningrad Region and Saint Petersburg concerning economic development and assistance to business.
4. Assistance in selection of land in Leningrad Region for its use in commercial projects (change of land category documents preparation, change of the resolved land usage kind).
5. Preparation of analytical materials for participation in open competitive tenders, state orders auctions, entry into a self-regulating organizations.
6. Assistance in preparation of documents on bank credits registration.
7. Assistance to corporate clients in order to support to find stable insurance partners and the best offers in the market.
8. Open auctions on real estate sale arrangement.
Methods of work
The Centre of strategic projects carries out project management at any stage of business process of our clients. For this purpose CSP:
- Carries out consultations of clients;
- Holds advisory meetings with representatives of state bodies;
- Provides expert reports, recommendations;
- Provides juridical and economic audit of transactions;
- Acts as a guarantor and a representative of client’s interests with the third parties;
- Carries out researches on market and its sectors, carry out researches of the defined business line;
- Organizes meetings with potential investors, partners and clients.
